This policy describes how David Castillo Mobile Notary & Document Services, based in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, handles information collected through this website and related service inquiries.
Information you provide
The request form collects your name, preferred contact method and phone number or email address, request category, organization or facility when applicable, signing city, optional ZIP code, location type, service type, timing, optional preferred date, and any general scheduling notes you choose to provide. A submission identifier is also sent with your request. We may receive additional appointment details when you contact us directly.
Please do not submit documents, Social Security numbers, identification images or numbers, financial account details, medical information, or confidential document contents through the form. When coordinating for another person, provide your own contact information and only the basic scheduling details needed.
How we use information
David uses inquiry information to respond using your selected contact method, check availability and coverage, discuss fees and preparation, coordinate appointments, and maintain business contact and signing records. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing emails or texts. We do not sell inquiry information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and processes form requests. Requests are forwarded to Google Apps Script; inquiry details are stored in Google Sheets business records and delivered to David by email. Google and Cloudflare process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights or address abuse.

Website traffic and technical information
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and site performance. Cloudflare describes this analytics service as not using cookies or browser local storage to track visitors. Hosting, analytics, and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, referrers, timestamps, and performance measurements.
We do not use inquiry details for targeted advertising. This site does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Links to external sites, including Google reviews, take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Learn more about Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Spam prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. It processes browser and device signals to verify requests. Our server also sends your IP address and the verification token to Cloudflare for this security check. Turnstile verification data is not included in the inquiry forwarded to our Google records. Retention and your requests
Inquiry details remain in business email and contact/signing records; they are not automatically deleted after a set period. Contact David to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to change how you are contacted. Requests will be reviewed, and reasonable verification may be needed. Records may need to be retained for ongoing service, legal obligations, accounting, or disputes; deleting an inquiry does not necessarily remove records that must be kept. Please do not email identification documents to make a privacy request.
Security
No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Use this form only for general service inquiries and contact David to arrange an appropriate way to handle documents if needed.
