Service Terms
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These service terms explain how requests through David Castillo Mobile Notary & Document Services are handled.
Requests and appointment confirmation
A website submission is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. David will contact you to discuss availability, signing location, service needs, preparation, and fees. An appointment is confirmed only after those arrangements are agreed. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Fees and changes
Notarial fees and any separate travel or other service charges will be explained before the appointment. Ask for a quote for your particular visit. Contact David promptly if you need to cancel or change the time, location, or service. Any applicable cancellation or other charges must be disclosed and agreed separately; these website terms do not establish a cancellation fee.
Documents and preparation
Have the required identification and documents ready, and discuss any witness needs before the visit. A request or confirmed visit does not guarantee a document can be notarized; applicable requirements must be met. Questions about which document you need, its legal effect, or legal requirements should be directed to an attorney or the receiving organization.
Scope of service
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.
Contact and privacy
Use your own contact details and provide accurate general scheduling information. Do not submit sensitive documents or identifiers through the form. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is handled. Selecting text or email requests a response about your inquiry, not enrollment in marketing.
